Dr. Jacqueline Graham
Board-Certified Anesthesiologist, Co-Founder, & Aesthetic Director
Dr. Graham earned her BS & BA from The University of Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, and trained at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Graham believes aesthetic medicine can empower others to reveal their inner beauty and become more confident.
Dr. Cynthia Woods
Board-Certified Anesthesiologist, Co-Founder, & Medical Director
Dr. Woods earned her BS from the University of Toledo, graduated from The University of Michigan Medical school and is Cleveland Clinic trained. Dr. Woods loves the unique marriage of science and beauty within aesthetics and believes health & wellness can be optimized to create the best version of ourselves.

Octavia holds a master’s degree from Ohio University and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for aesthetics and wellness. Her mission is to enhance natural beauty while combining scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to achieve skin restoration, body confidence, and overall well-being.
Dina Maynard, LE, LPN
Lead Aesthetician
Dina Maynard is a skincare specialist with over 30 years of experience in creating healthy skin and designing beautiful brows. She travels the country to train with the top plastic surgeons, dermatologists, researchers, and cosmetic chemists to develop treatments and protocols based on the latest science and technology. Her passion for healthy skin is infectious! As a patient you will receive personalized care and treatment protocols designed to ensure that your healthy skin lasts a lifetime!
Tayler Wolfe, CNP
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Tayler obtained her master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her passion is to inspire confidence and create a unique plan of care to achieve individual aesthetic desires and healthy skin. She is dedicated to providing high-quality services and developing a life-long professional relationship with each of her clients.
Stacie Stewart, RN
Registered Nurse
A seasoned professional in the realm of aesthetics and oculoplastics, with an impressive 15 years of dedicated service. Stacie harbors a deep passion for promoting aging gracefully, utilizing the magic of neurotoxins and top-tier medical-grade skincare. Stacie believes in the power of enhancing one’s natural beauty and brings this philosophy to life in her work every day. Obsessed with crystals, plants, and all things self-care, Stacie knows the importance of nurturing both the inside and out. Above all, Stacie is a proud mother of two, balancing the dynamics of guiding a college student and nurturing a toddler with grace and love.

Emily graduated from Nationwide Beauty Academy in 2011 and has lived in the Dublin area for most of her life. She enjoys connecting with new people, is passionate about education and loves helping others.
Vicki
Aesthetic Coordinator
Vicki has been a long-time volunteer in the Dublin community and an active booster in Dublin City Schools where her two sons graduated from Coffman High School. An OSU alumna, Vicki’s career has focused around hospitality and customer service for various small businesses in central Ohio. She enjoys welcoming everyone at Solutions IV and sharing her own skin care journey with patients and their guests.
